Human resources management in the organizations of Hungarian food industry

Though with a certain delay, changes of previous years have forced also companies of the Hungarian food industry to look for new ways of utilizing and exploiting human resources which totally differ from the previous ones in quality. Lack of capital is the motive power of these changes, partly or totally headed by western organizations. The paper analyses the manifoldness of the present by means of comparative models, and points out the correlations between planning of human and business strategies, as well as the problems that have to be solved on their basis
