The propuse of this study was to findout factors responsible of positive and negative attitude toward teaching vocation for a students enrolled educational program in college of Agric. Mosul Univ. Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory was focused as theoritical frame,which assumed that job satisfacation is primarily caused by factors related to the job content,whereas job dissatisfaction is primarily caused by factors related to the job content.The results of the present study indicated that sources of positive attitudes toward teaching vocation were,respousibity,relation with students,achievement,growth,nature of work,and status,whereas,salary,and working conditions were sources of negative attudes.Also it was found that there were no significant differences in the attitudes between third and fourth class,as well as between male and female students.
