Four concentrations of Demon as well as of Dursban TC (40.8 EC) were used, and they were 1.25, 2.50, 3.75 and 5.00 (3 is power of cm) per one liter. After one month of application, the average percentage of infestation in all treated plants decreased significantly from 6.53 to 3.21 and 8.90 to 0.51 in Demon application (1990, 1992) respectively, while the average percentages of infestation of check plants were 22, 34-26.21 in the tow years respectively. The statistical analysis of data showed that both of the insecticides were effective at all concentrations compared with the control treatment. However the highest concentration of each insecticides was more effective than all other concentrations without any damage on the treated plants. Also, the efficacies of both insecticides were similar at each concentration involved
