The research deals with the datorized registration system of immovable property. The author explains and discusses the aims, tasks and functions of the system, the structure of organizations related to it, the property registration procedure, the fundamental principles of the system formation, the required technical conditions and machinery. The three basic components of the Datorized Registration System of Immovables are described.
