[Rural financial problems and the experience of their solution in Estonia]

Financial condition of Estonia's national economy is explained. The financial resources available for farmers such as different loans of credit institutions as well as state subsidies are discussed. The funds and foundations established to improve farmers' financial conditions are pointed out. The Amendmend Act to the Land Reform Act adopted by the Parliament of Estonia in 1997 is interpreted. The activity of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agricultural Advisory Service in respect of the financial help is described.
