Natural flora species cultivated in the botanical garden are documented. Stress is laid upon the endangered species of lowlands and hill country flora of south-west Slovakia. The main share is comprised of halophytes, psammophytes and xerophytes. Less frequent are taxa of different ecological requirements, and mountain species are exceptional
