Effects of bee colonies' condition and constitutional status on size of Varroa Jacobsoni O. females were investigated. Width dimensions of females originating from bee colonies with a good condition and constitutional state (the first group) were x=1.656 mm, from bee colonies with a worsened condition and constitutional state (the second group) x=1.693 mm and from bee colonies with a bad condition and constitutional state (the third group) x=1.686. Length dimensions of the first group were x=1.095 mm, the second group x=1.147 mm and the third group x=1.055 mm. There were no significant differences between particular groups
