Diagnostic test of bovine tuber culosis: Comparison of tuberculin test, ELISA and histopathology

Chaivat Vitoorakool | Pensri Teerawat (Northern Veterinary Research and Diagnostic Center, Lampang (Thailand))

Nine dairy cows were positive to tuberculin test and all of them were tuberculosis positive by ELISA test. Macroscopic examination found lesion in lymph node of these cows. The histopathological studies found lesion of tuberculosis and presentation of acid fast bacilli from seven cows.
