A study on getting compost from hazelnut husks

This study was study out investigate the possibilities of compost production from husks either alone or with addition of 1 to, 2 to and 4 urea (46) or manure to use as an organic fertilizer mixtures level at 65 and mixed and graded 70-80 degraded compost was obtained after 15-18 months. Nutrian levels of compost were usually higher than manure. Addition of urea balanced C/N ratio in a shorter time but decreased the pH.
