In this paper are presented the growing results of newly-created varieties PIT-14, PIT-15 and PIT-16 at two localities. The first created Yugoslav grapevine variety Beogradska besemena was used as control (standard variety). There were investigated the following grapevine characteristics: genetic potential, ripening time, seedless character, grape yield, grape cluster weight, 100 berries weight, sugar content, and total acids content. Newly-creaded PIT-14 and PIT-15 are seedless varieties, wheareas PIT-16 is a semiseedless variety. On the basis of the results obtained, it may be concluded that the newly-created PIT 14, PIT 15 and PIT 16 varieties are very interesting for the market, particularly because of their very early maturity, grape yields and atractive appearance, which greatly influences the economic effects, i.e. justifies their growing and further spreading.
