The influence of contact, systemic and complex fungicides on the main biological functions of Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary - agent of late blight - has been studied. Their action on the speed of pathogen spread in tissues, incubation period, duration of generation, number of formed spores and their viability has been determined
