Effect of potassium fertilizer on the yield and the qualithy of Pleurotus ostreatus

Using Pleurotus ostreatus fruitbody as test material, effect of KCl, KNO-3, K-2SO-4 and KH-2PO-4 on the yield and the quality of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied. It was proved that all these 4 kinds of potassium fertilizer could effectively increase the yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus and improve the content of protein, carbohydrate, ashand potassium in the fruitbody of Pleurotus ostreatus
