New fixator for metalloosteosynthesis

We have developed and successfully tested a new universal fixator, which combines elements of periostal and intramediolar techniques of metalloosteosynthesis. The combination of options gave an opportunity to use this fixator with very complicated bone fractures. Structure of the fixator is based on theoretical principles of metalloosteosynthesis, taking into account momentum of forces and tensions on the supporting surfaces between bone and metal. Also structural stability to crushing, dislocation, rotation and pull of the supporting layer of the bone were taken into account
