Two stationary trials were carried in a five-course crop rotation on heavy loam. In the first trial it was 80-200 mg of soluble phosphorus in 1 kg of soil, in the second trial - 48-170 mg in 1 kg of soil. In case when only nitrogenous fertilizers are applied in majority of crops produce higher yield when the content of phosphorus and potassiumin the soil is higher. In the case NPK fertilizers are applied the significance of nutrient contant available in the soil goes down. In the case when crop rotation was treated only with nitrogenous fertilizers, the content of phosphorus and potassium went down 6-37 mg in 1 kg of soil.
