Experimental groups of lactating cows were organised (n=4x50) to determine the influence of different mineral content mineral additives on milk quality indices. 4 different variations of mineral additives with different content of Ca, P, Mg, Na, Cu, Zn, Mn, J, Co and Se were used in experiments. All kinds of mineral additives used during 5 months of experimental period had no influence on the acidity of milk, content of dry matter, fat and protein. On the other hand, content of microelements Cu, Fe, Zn, in the milk of all experimental groups was higher. Analyses proved that such situation is connected with the high Cu level in basic feedstuffs (hay and silage).
