The contribution is oriented to the way of concentrate food trimming for pig feeding. Influence of various systems of concentrates trimming and consistence of diets respectively to digestibility and nutrients utilization, food consumption, food production effectiveness and consumption per 1 kg of gain as well as on elimination antinutrient matters is presented. Described are mainly ways of mechanical, hydrothermical and thermical trimming as well as problematics of micronization and ionization
