Effects of anaerobically digested pig slurry on the structure of soil and plant nematode communities of the cereals and permanent grass and lucerne stands were studied. The abundance of nematodes and the number of genera increased after treatment. Plant feeders were prevalent trophic group and a high proportion of omnivores and predators was found. The ecological and nematode community indices showed the stability of soil environment quality
