Studies on isolation and identification of Escherichia coli, Campylobacter and Clostridium perfringens from diarrheic sheep and lambs in Elazig region

In this study, intestinal contents of diarrheic sheep and lambs were examined for E.coli, Cl.perfringens and Campylobacter, Cl.perfringens were determined from 37 (35.2 %) samples. Of 37 isolates, 12 (32.4 %) were Cl.perfringens type C, 10 (27.0 %) were type D and 1 (2.7 %) was type B, 14 isolates could not be classified
