The invention refers to grapes seeds processing into an ultra-dispersed powder, which may find application in food industry and pharmacology. The method of producing the powder from grapes seeds includes drying, cleaning, grinding of the seeds. The grinding is performed in grinding chambers at the temperature 25 deg C in the course of 6-8 h up to producing the homogenous pasty dispersion with the size of particles 3-10 mcm. The dispersion obtained is dried up to the moisture content 8-10 %. It is characteristic for the method that in order to avoid oxidation and loss of valuable properties of seeds the grinding is performed in ceramic chambers in presence of water with the hydromodulus 1:5. The powder obtained has palatable taste and may be used as a substitute of a natural cocoa powder in food industry
