Dithianon application in apple scab protection

The obtained results show that Dithianon reflected very high efficiency, especially in fruit protection (95.9-100), applied in quantity from 1252.50 g, and 2505.00 g. a.i./ha, single, twice and triple application, during all three years of investigation. However, applied in quantity of 626.25 g a.i./ha it reflected high efficiency only at triple application. High efficiency of Dithianon, also at triple application shows its extreme persistency, which is of special practical importance, considering the possibility of reduction of treatment number and in the most critic ascospore infection.
