The incompatibility is the inability of the functional pollen to fecundate the egg cell after self-fecundation. According to the results of the production of seeds the cultivar Gloria carries the gene of the self-incompatitibility (SI). The SI scale in all plants was relatively high even in the first year. Carrying out pollenization in the budding phase with pollen of the same plant, we can produced seed, avoiding the incompatibility action of the "S" gene. It was noted that if the fecundation takes place earlier in the phase of budding, then more seeds are in each seedcase. For the first time in our country collection of SI lines will be created, which will be used to produced hybride seeds of cruciferes.
