Monthly dynamics of the reproductive performance of bulls with different adaptability

The semen production of 69 bulls with different adaptability was compared over 12 consecutive months.It was found that the bulls with very good adaptability surpassed those with average adaptability by 3.18-68.9%.The superiority of the results from number of quality ejaculate was by 11.2-88.7%, spermatozoa motility by 0.9-11.6%, and semen consentration by 0-12.9%.Most significant were the differences between the groups in the months with unfavourable temperature.
