Pseudo-podzolic soil, temporary surface water locked to be found in the Valley, characteristic with unfarourable contents and properties (reduction processes, strong acid reaction, increased content of H and Al exchange and mobile and active Mn, and low content of organic matter and air) depress to a high extent the growth, development and productivity of Rose Kanzalika V.T. The above makes them unfarouble for its growing.
