Dinamics of organic acids in the fruit of determinant varies of tomaties

During 1986-1987 year in Maritsa Vegetable Grops Research Institute - Plovdiv the dynamics of the organic acids in the fruits of determinant varieties of tomatoes, grown seedingless, has been investigated. On accidently picked up plants, after their enter in technological ripeness, the riped fruits have been marked and trials for analysis have been periodically taken in the course of 24-31 days. The contents of organic acids in the fruits of the determinant varieties of tomatoes left on the plant after technological ripeness is changed slightly, as unsteady tendency to weak decrease is observed. The contents of the acids is genetically determinated and practically is not liable to regulation with agrotechnical means.
