2000
Grekov, D. (Vissh Selskotopanski Institut, Plovdiv (Bulgaria)) | Kipriotis, E.
The chemical composition, the content of aminoacids and the gross energy value of the pupal meal (Bombyx Mori L.) dried by two different methods - naturally (using sunshine) and in the drying systems (140 degree C for 45 min) have been established. There were not significant differences in the gross energy contents in the both of the forages. The ash in the dry matter of the naturally dried forage was 2.7% more, but the content of the crude protein and the purify albumens in the artificial dried forage were 2.5% and 5.3% more, respectively. The content of all of the aminoacids was higher in the artificial dried forage. The differences in the contents were between 5% (for the histidine) and 20.6% (for the valine).
