[Study of possible methods of conservation and accumulation of viral infection under in vitro condition]

Results of research on conservation and accumulation of viral infection under in vitro conditions are indicated. Possibility of cultivation of PVX and PVY infected explants of potato and tobaco plants under in vitro conditions is shown. It is determined that in the process of microclonal plant reproduction, the virus concentration varies depending on the type of cutting, number of passages and conditions of illumination. The accumulation of viruses in test-tube plants is promoted by their round-the-clock illumination by red-dark blue rays
