On investigation results in four-factor experience on a sod-podzolic loamy sand have been received regression equations described the influence of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and organic fertilizers on the humus content in three crop rotations. The application on an average of year N 132p90 on the background 24 t/ha manure increases the humus content over 15-year period in a crop rotation with perennial grasses from 1,58 to 2,30%
