Economic Valuation of Production Potential Utilization Efficiency on Drained Lands of Kolkhety Valley

Multi factored analysis of production potential in the conditions of Kolkhety Valley showed that 1% increase of fund provision contributes to the increase of final output (gross production per 1 ha of agricultural land) in the districts of research zone -by 0,39%, natural boundaries of Kolkhety Valley-0,56%, and on drained lands-0,16%; provision of working funds has the same effect, 0,46%, 0,19% and 0,17% increase accordingly; provision labor resources results on 0,31%, 0,25% and 0,14% increase; land quality improvement -0,31%, 1,24% and 0,51% increase. Based on the above, it can be concluded, that in the conditions of Kolkhety Valley priority should be attached (among other factors) to the activities contributing to soil fertility improvement.
