The purpose of the experiments was to study some laboratory parameters in sheep. The sheep were assigned into three groups (10 animals in each). Female and male fattening lambs were assigned to groups A and B, respectively. The animals in the group C were milking sheep. The feed ration of groups was different. The animals of group A were fed concentrate for lambs cereal and hay. Group B was fed concentrate for lambs ad libitum, and the feed of group C was concentrate and green pasture grass. The plasma cholesterol content, blood and milk urea-nitrogen levels, and plasma concentration of albumin and total protein were determined.
