It is now under implementation the Regulation, annex to Order n. 106/96 of April 9th, concerning the growing and the marketing of CAC (Conformitas Agraria Communitatis) Nursery Material of Fruit Trees. The procedure for licensing of producers and suppliers, with the presentation of the application form and the correspondent production or trading draft plan, will be explained. The norms to be complied by the CAC nursery material of olive trees, grown in our country and to be marketed in Portugal or in the other countries of the European Union, as well as the controls which are made during the production and marketing cycle, are presented. Last, a document issued by the producer, which has obligatory to identify the materials under trading, will be shown, as an example
