Monitoring of risk elements in agroecosystems of selected area of South Spis [Slovak Republic]

Experimental results about contemporary load measures of soil and permanent grasslands by selected risk elements (Cd, Cu, Zn and Mn) in area neighbouring with emission load region of Central Spis are presented. Results suggest, that marginal influence of Kovohuty Krompachy, especially, is manifest. Substantial Cd, Cu and Zn contents exceed interval of natural geochemical background, though the soil contamination as well as contamination of plant products were not analytically confirmed in any case. According to the intoxication by selected risk elements it is possible to consider Hnilecka valley area as less loaded as region of Central Spis
