Study on methods of Intestinalsectomized in broilerson mortality rate had two experiments. The design of the experiment was Completely randomized Design. The first experimental had 3 treatments, 3 replications and 10 chickens per replication. The results showed that the broilers which treated by general anesthesia had lowest mortality rate. The mortality rate of general anesthesia, local infiltration subcutaneously and control survigial were 53.33 86.67 and 100.00 percent respectively. It was hightly significant. The second experiments, 3 replications and 10 chicken per replication. The result indicated that broilers which lossed their body weight more than 2.5 percentage were dead. The body weight of broilers more and less than 1.6-1.8 kilogramme per chick had much mortality rate.
