Sodium tetrathiocarbonate (Enzone) was tested against root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) in tomatoes in greenhouses by applying drip irrigation system. Trials were carried out adequate dosage and time on prospectus. During trials, broken down parts of irrigation system had been changed, lack parts of them had been completed and calibration had been done. As a result of trials, the effect of pesticide and knotting index were determined as 38% and 6.2, respectively. At the end of the 4-month-period, although the plants in control plots were completely dried out, the plants in the plots applied with pesticide continued to give fruit. After the application by drip irrigation system, there were not adverse effect nature except temperature, soil squeezing were decreased, plants were not damaged mechanically and only the root area was applied, so less pesticide was used and contamination of the environment was decreased. Moreover, applications were homogenous
