[The method of obtaining condensed milk]

The invention deals with food industry, namely with the production of condensed milk. The method proposed provides obtaining condensed milk by means of using technologies of normalizing the level of fats, homogenization, applying a sugar component, ascorbic and sorbic acids, evaporation and cooling. The method is distinguished by using saccharol as a sugar component. The saccharol is applied prior to the process of homogenization; evaporation is carried out until the content of dry substances is more than 31.5 % but less than 50.0 %; the ascorbic and sorbic acids are applied in quantity of more than 0.02 % but less than 0.05 %. As a result, the improved condensed milk can be used even in dietary, therapeutical and prophylactic nutrition
