Growth-inhibiting action of the preparations under study is realized through the changes in donor-acceptor relations in a plant that are based on deep transformation of its hormonal complex, inhibition of meristeme activity, redistribution of assimilates and mineral nutrients flows between the plant organs. Plant treatment at the early developmental stages is found to bring to breaking the dormancy of the shoots
