In the frame of this scientific work was made examination of the influence of air temperature and quality of precipitation on the number of nitrifiers, nitrogen bacterium and cellulolytic microorganisms in soil sown with potato and fertilized with quantities of sewage mud, worm casting and NPK-fertilizers. It was determinate dependence between number of examined groups of microorganisms in soil and climatic characteristics of the region. The highest number of examined groups of microorganisms was found in the end of potato vegetation during the first year of the experiment and in the middle of vegetation in the second year of the experiment in all examined variants. The lowest number of all microorganisms in both year of the experiment was found in the beginning of the vegetation in all examined variants. Temperature and total amount of precipitation during vegetation period of potato were appropriate for crop growth during both years of the experiment.
