Change of physico-chemical characteristics and composition of fatty acids from technical fat during production process of distilled fatty acids

In this paper changes of physico-chemical characteristics and composition of fatty acids during the production process of distilled fatty acids from technical fat were followed. The changes on technical fat before refining, on raw fatty acids and distilled fatty acids, on fatty acids of light fraction, on distilllation residue and on fatty acids from barometric well were observed. On the base of the obtained results reasons of the appeared changes were tried to be determined.
