This work comprises the energy savings and improving the technological process realized by redesigning the oil deodorization line in the "Dijamant" oil industry in Zrenjanin, Serbia (Yugoslavia). The heat exchanger etage was setup in the production line for oil deodorization, in order to utilize the deodorization oil heat to achieve pre-heating oil before deodorization. On that way, the deodorization is simultaneously enabled resulting in shortening process and thus leading to enlarge the deodorization capacity of 21.05%.
