The role of employers in the development of higher educational institutions

In this century of globalisation our society including institutions and business executives is focussing more and more on higher education paying special attention to training students for labour market, thus facilitating the integration of students in it. Institutions of higher education realise that if they manage to provide excellent education they will meet the demands of the present economic situation. The teaching staff of the Banking Institution of Higher Education has been closely co-operating with the future employers improving and tailoring study programs according to the needs of the labour market. The importance of the quality of higher education is non-measurable. Managers and staff of higher educational institutions should be well aware of their mission in preparing specialists in the respective fields.
