A study was conducted to evaluate the influence of varying levels of fresh and stale tuba supplementation on the growth performance, carcass quality and economic returns of broilers. The experiment used a total of 150 Lohmann broilers arranged in a 2 x 5 factorial in RCBD [randomized complete block design] with three replications. The forms of tuba used were fresh and stale. The levels of tuba incorporated were 0 or control, 5, 10, 15, and 20 ml tuba per 100 g feed. The data were subjected to ANOVA and DMRT was used for comparison of treatment means. Results revealed that broilers supplemented with stale tuba at 20 ml/100 g feed level was significantly (P0.01) the highest in weight gain, final weight, feed consumption and feed efficiency. Irrespective of tuba levels, fresh tuba supplementation was significantly P0.01) the highest in dressing percentage, weight and length (P0.05) of the caecum. Irrespective of forms of tuba, broilers supplemented with 20 ml tuba per 100 g feed level was the highest (P0.01) in water intake, carcass yield, kidney weight, weight and thickness of the abdominal fat. The ratio between water intake and feed consumption did not vary for both factors. Interaction effect was significant on the weight gain of broilers at second and third weeks and on the thickness of the abdominal fat. For the economic performance, stale tuba supplementation at 20 ml/100 g feed level was the most profitable through income over feed, chick and supplement cost. The study concluded that supplementation of stale tuba at 20 ml per 100 g feed level improves broiler performance in terms of weight gain, feed acceptability, final weight, feed conversion efficiency and economic returns
