[Derivation of a new method for the verification of homogeneity of permanent research plots in thinning production experiments]

The aim of this article is to present the deduction of a new method that verifies homogeneity of the sample plots on permanent inventory plots on which the impact of the application of different thinning and tending systems on forest stands was observed. The new method integrates mathematical - statistical principles of testing the equality of diameter and height frequencies on the sample plots with the elements of the analysis of variance, and allows to test basic taxation quantities as number of trees, average diameter and height on particular partial plots
