This study was carried out in 1995, by adding mycelium to casing soil process which is important for earliness in mushroom production. The effects of different amount of Agaricus bisporus mycelium developed in perlite+turf(1:1) medium were investigated for mushroom yield and earlinesss. The mycelium developed in perlite+turf(1:1) medium adding into the casing soil, provided earliness by 4.0 days compared to controls. At the end of the study, according to earliness and total yield, as most suitable perlite+turf mycelium amount was determined 2.65 kg for 1m3 casing soil
