Up-to-date conditions of reforming the land relations are under analysis. The state monopoly on the land property has been cancelled. Additional land resources are formed. Some lands are given up to non-state agricultural enterprises. Monetary estimation of the land resources is made. The importance is highlightened of setting up the non-traditional funds for supporting the agricultural development and carrying out the land reform
