[Efficiency of the agrotechnical and chemical methods of protecting soybean from weeds in the northern part of the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine]

The study is aimed at the improvement of technology of protecting soybeans from weeds. The special features are substantiated of the soybean protection by combining preemergent and postemergent harrowings, interrow treatments and scattering. Advisability is shown of reducing the number of mechanical cultivations when using effective herbicides. Introduction of the measures developed provides savings and increases in income by Hr 540 per hectare. The results obtained will be put into practice in the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine
