Splitting according to the gliadin-coding locus Gli-B2 is studied in F2 seeds of soft wheat obtained from crossing between lines almost isogenic according to this locus. The splitting distinguished greatly from the expected one in hybrids with a line combined with the allele Gli-Bl1 (Gli-B1-3), which serves as a marker of 1Bl/1Rs translocation, as well as in a hybrid between lines with the alleles Gli-B1b (1) and Gli-B1e (4). In hybrids involving a line with the 1BL/1RS translocation the reduced frequency is observed of chromosome transmission with the 1BL/1RS translocation through pollen. In the crossing combination Gli-B1-1 x Gli-B1-4 the reduced frequency is observed of female gametes with the allele Gli-B1e (4). This is supposed to be caused by a linkage of the locus Gli-B1 with the factor that is responsible for violating splitting in the female gametes. This locus is offered to be named Sd3. A line with the gliadin Gli-B1e block distinguishes from lines with the Gli-B1b and Gli-B1o blocks according to Sd3's alleles
