Solutio lugali was adminisrtated aerosolically in chickens according the fixed scheme. The experiments were carried out during the winter-spring season on 36 000 chickens (Chicken farm-Kostinbrod). It was established that the aerosol administration of solutio lugali (diluted 1:10) decreased the bacteria number in chicken organisms and in the buildings atmosphere. The following results were observed electron microscopically: Disturbed structure of lamelar inclusions, as well as cytoplasmic vacuilization. All of these processes subsided gradually at 48th h. It was concluded that the discontinuously application of solutio lugali was very useful and economically effective in chicken farms with high air contamination during the all breeding period and imporoved the breeding technology and prophylaxis in poultry.
