Genetic structure of breeding group of Black and White cows for some genetic biochemical systems

The aim of this study was to define the polymorphism of proteins and the ferments in 84 cows of the Black and White population.The allele and genotype frequencies on the investigated polymorphic loci were determined.It was established a shortage of heterozigotiness on the transferrin, ceruloplasmin and alcaline phosphatase loci, and a high % of homozigotiness of the HB, ALP and CP loci.It was established a breach in the genetic balance of the TF and ALP loci.
