Low rate efficiency of P-application in acid soils is because most P-fertilizer added will be compound in Al-P, Fe-P and occluded-P form. While, in alkaly soils, P-fertilizer application will be in Ca-P and Mg-P form. In these form, P is not available to plant. Several efforts have been done to increase in availability of insoluble soil P such as using phosphate solubilizing soil microorganisms. The objective of this research was to evaluate the ability of phosphate solubilizing bacteria and incubation time in affecting soil inorganic phosphorous transformation. Inoculation of phosphate solubilizing bacteria and time incubation were tested in this experiment using Gajrug Ultisol soil. The result showed that inoculation of phosphate solubilizing bacteria significantly increased P-soluble (P extracted by NH4Cl 1.0 M) from insoluble Fe-P and occluded P-fraction. Pseudomonas aeruginosa 2Hsl and P. aeruginosa 2Hp2 transformed the occluded-P to Al-P or Ca-P. Time incubation significantly increased soluble P but decreased Al-P, Fe-P, occluded-P, and Ca-P fraction
