[Influence of liming on the nutrient changes of forest stands in Jizerske hory]

The Jizerske mountains is the area, where was used liming in 1980ies as an recultivation program for forest soils influenced by air pollution. In these years there were set out Picea abies and Picea pungens. After 5 years there was made soil sampling and in 1999 soil nad leaf sampling. This work compared content of macroelements - N,P,K,Ca,Mg,S - in the leaf samples from plots with and without liming. There were found a slight positive infuence of liming on the content of macroelements in the leaf samples. No marked difference was found between two spruce species
