To evaluate relationship and milk production of cows were used records of whole life production, pedigree of 133 cows and 7 sires black and white Holstein-Friesian cattle and their crosses up to known the third generation of ancestors. In the obtained set of animals were created groups of sires with minimum of five daughters per each sire. The relationship expressed by collateral coefficient of relationship Rxy, average coefficient of relationship E(Rxy) and coefficient of inbreeding intensity Fx were found. Among the sires there was found the coefficient of relationship 9.38 - 25.0%. In the group of daughters of Holstein sires was coefficient of relationship relatively lower and more equal (Rxy = 6.80 - 13.90%). Either, average coefficient was less variable and varied in 2.10 - 9,14%. The highest milk production (2382 kg, fat content 4.38%) reached daughters of sire Walkway (WLK-011). The lowest milk fat content (3.91%) had the daughters of sire Starbuck (SB-011). In the evaluated set of sires there was found intensity of inbreeding only one sire Fx = 25.0%
